No. We don't include invoices, receipts or pricing information with our flower deliveries. This helps ensure the gift recipient doesn't see the cost of their flowers.

Absolutely! If you require a GST receipt for your order, simply email us and we'll be happy to provide one.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, subject to the stage of preparation.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. As flowers are perishable and orders are prepared specifically for you, cancellation may not be possible once your order has been prepared.

We'll include the sender's name and your personal message with the flowers. We don't include any pricing or payment information.

Yes! If you'd like to remain anonymous, simply let us know when placing your order by either emailing us, or leaving a side note in the card message box at Checkout.
